Dapoli Trip

Wow!!!!! One more trip. This time I went to Dapoli with some of my team members. We were 10 altogether including me. Booked a 17 seater bus for the trip. First let me tell you where exactly Dapoli is. It is again in the Konakan Line. The Harne beach is really famous one. In Dapoli there in not only sea shore to enjoy, there are hills; there are jungles, temple, cave, and castle. You can have Para-sailing, dolphin show also. In a single word it’s a complete package. We started on 9th of Jan,2009 evening around 8PM. There are two routs, one is through

Mahabaleswar and the other one is through Tamini Ghat. We took the longer route, the first one, just for security reason. In the bus we sang together even we danced also. Siddharth was having his guitar with him, so it just added more flavor in it.We thought it might take 5 hrs to reach there but when we reached Mahabaleswar we were pretty sure we still need 3 more hours to reach there. That’s why we changed the plan and had our dinner in Mahabaleswar. We reached Dapoli at 4 am. Then we had an awesome Camp Fire. It was a good experience. We went to beach in the morning, and before lunch we covered some more places which were nearby. We clicked a hell lot of snaps also. In the hotel where we stayed, “Surali Sagar”, had our lunch. Chicken thali with Surmai fry. Food quality was not great but it was not too bad also. After lunch we went to seashore again and directly went into water. It was real fun. But actually we all were waiting for para-sailing. I did not do it before to be very honest and I was really very excited about it. The Para-Sailing team came with all the accessories at around 4:30 in the evening. Oh man!! What an experience I had. Literally I can’t explain it here. If you want to know how it feels just try it once. The only bad thing about this was the duration, which was really very short. I have some more fun while shooting other’s with my camera. The jeep they were using for para-sailing, I was just standing at the back seat and shooting. That ride was not bad eiher with compare to para-sailing.Anyway after all these stuffs we got freshed and started our journey back to pune at around 6:30 in the evening. Again in between we had our dinner in Mahabaleshwar. We reached Pune at 2’o clock in the night. It was an awesome trip altogether. There is one more plan to go to Dapoli again with my full project team again. Let’s see what next. I am really keen to go there again.
